Shona Pallas

Paul Sadler Swimland

Shona has been in the swim industry her entire working life, having started in 1993 as a 15year old work experience student with Paul Sadler in his Beaconsfield centre. Shona went on to complete a degree in Sports Coaching and Business administration

and was fortunate enough to be mentored by Johanne Keesman (who at the time helped write the Infant aquatics manual for Austswim) and under Johanne’s tutelage she developed a passion for infant aquatics and a desire for sharing knowledge with others.

In 2003, together with Paul, Johanne, Heather Rose and Tammy VanWisse, she became an owner of her first swim school in Narre Warren and was appointed Managing Director.

In 2005, she joined the Operations team for the Paul Sadler Swimland Group and went on to become a Regional Manager overseeing several pools. She has mentored other managers, set up their central sourcing department, formalised the marketing department and maintained teaching shifts at Narre Warren. In 2018 she moved back to an operational role.
