Delta Gymnastics
John spent his teen years running a small Non Profit Club. At the age of 21 he privatised Delta Gymnastics and became a serious entrepreneur. He grew Delta to seven locations, opened an Occupational Rehab company, four physiotherapy practices, seven part time volleyball centers, an international sports center and a merchandise range. Self-described as the expert in the undisciplined search for growth, he nearly went broke under the weight of complexity and chaos.
Determined to transform his passion into a REAL business, John and his wife, Megan, set about building a sustainable gymnastics business that would fuel their dreams moving forwards. Over the past ten years Delta Gymnastics has emerged as the leading gymnastics business in Australia.
With Australia’s largest privately owned facility, Delta has produced Australia’s sole female gymnastics Olympian, opened a new concept commercial “GymKids” facility, designed and developed an ERP to enable expansion and transformed the way they do business. 2021 saw the opening of the second “GymKids” with plans to open four more in the near future. John is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Director of the Gymnastics Clubs Australia Organization and Director of the International Association of Children’s Development Programs. He chairs the GCA Mastermind Education Forum and speaks nationally and internationally about structure and strategy within the Children’s Activity Industry.
