In 2013 he then moved on to the Gawler Aquatic Centre as Swim School Coordinator. In 2015, Brad then relocated to NSW to join the Sydney Gymnastic & Aquatic Centre as Programs Coordinator, where he was later promoted as Assistant Manager and then Business Manager of the Aquatics Department for SGAC leading a team of 57 swim teachers, pool lifeguard, supervisors and coordinators.

Outside of SGAC, Brad is a trainer for Royal Life Saving NSW and AUSTSWIM and was an inaugural mentor for ASSA’s Mentoring for Success Program. In 2021, he also joined the Aquatic & Recreation Institute of NSW in the Young Leaders Advisory Group and started studying a Masters of Business Administrations specialising in Strategic Human Resource Management.
